Good museum but lifts could be better.

Overview
The exhibits are interesting and at a good height for wheelchairs. The lifts don't seem to prioritise who pressed first and there aren't accessible loos on every floor, so you can end up waiting a long time when busy. Rooftop restaurant and basement café with lifts.
Transport & Parking
Disabled bays on the road outside and on St Giles. You can use residents only bays if you have a blue badge.
Access
A lot has been done to improve access. There are powered doors for wheelchairs at the front, lifts and loos.
Toilets
The accessible loos aren't on every floor and this can be a problem if you have to wait for the lift. No handrails on the right when I last used.
Staff
Helpful and friendly.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
Worth a visit but watch out for lift and loos.
