Overview
Staff could do with a bit more training, some don't seem to have much time to be with someone with a disability. Could have braill on products amd prices. They could move the till around a little bit so people in a wheelchair don't have to stretch.
Transport & Parking
There is disabled parking, but there could be more.
Access
They had a loop system, signage could be better, ground was accessible and there was room to move around.
Toilets
Toilets were good, too far away though, and not great signage.
Staff
Are polite but need more training on disability awareness.
