Overview
Great walk in Arbroath with a lovely view of the water. Would be as lovely on a day when the weather is horrible but today was nice and sunny.
Transport & Parking
Lots of parking available. They aren't painted spaces and there aren't any disabled spaces but plenty of room for any sized car. Also plenty of room to get out of a car.
Access
With Arbroath Cliffs being an outdoor nature walks it's hard for access to be changed. I didn't really walk on the cliffs today I tried to but the pathway was very narrow and with people walking in both directions I struggled to get past people and felt like I was in the way. The pavement from where I parked my car to the cliffs is very smooth and is not difficult for driving my powerchair. It also wouldn't be difficult for manual wheelchairs, the only difficulty would be with distance, although distance would depend on how far you parked. I parked quite far because I was walking my dog. Had a picnic and the benches right near the cliffs was on a grass area. There was a kerb to get on to the grass but there was a flatter area near the end. I just managed to get up but it was really hard and I was scared I was going to tip over. Wouldn't recommend going up on to it if you aren't a confident driver. See photo for more details.
Toilets
Cannot comment I couldn't see any signage for toilets. But there is a changing place toilet somewhere in Arbroath near the harbour.
