Overview
Went in for an appointment about my phone. Very narrow to walk down, and no seating that wasn’t high stools and tables (see images) so I’d be put off going again, even to purchase something, because it’s so poorly laid out.
Transport & Parking
Access
It’s level access, but if you booked an appointment and needed a seat, but you had a mobility impairment you would struggle.
Toilets
Staff
My initial interactions with staff are abrupt. I was told to sit on the table with the high chairs without being offered an alternative, or being asked if that was suitable for my needs. The staff who interacted with me for my appointment was lovely and really clear at explaining things (I have an intellectual impairment- an SPLD)
Anything else you wish to tell us?
I’d recommend that Apple stores try to think about the types of customers they get. Even just one normal table and chairs, with a gap for a wheelchair would make a huge difference!
