Overview

Very disappointing over all, the staff are nice and try to help, but the physical design and lack of facilities for disabled is very poor.

Transport & Parking

Parking is on the street, and the parking strip is ramped, usually no spaces available on this busy road.

Access

They have an access ramp, but this normally blocked by other parked cars, the ramp itself is very steep, so assistance would be required, there is normally a doorman who will assist, but bear in mind the English is poor.

Toilets

Toilets in the rooms are ok, but access is normally via a narrow door, and the door faces a wall which can cause narrowness problems.

Staff

Staff do try to help, but language can be a problem.

The rooms are on the first and 2nd floor, which necessitates walking up a wide winding stairs, the stairs to the 2nd are narrower but the balustrade is not comfortable to hand and does not go all the way up, and is loose. There is no lift, so disabled have to be carried by the staff!!!! Meals can be brought to the rooms for an extra charge, but the meals are not normally hot but warm,
