World renowned Piano Bar

Overview
I have been fortunate enough to visit the Savoy a few times and because my wheelchair is quite narrow (720mm) I have been allowed to use the staff lift to gain access to the American bar which is only reached via 2 stair cases. I have been carried down the steps before but this is not ideal nor for the faint hearted. The Savoy has been a 5* hotel for over 130 years, it is stunning and well respected for their high level of customer service but it is a Grade 1 listed building with obvious restrictions. That said, if you want to go I can guarantee they will find a way to work around these hurdles.
Transport & Parking
Concierge parking, taxi drop off, 200m from Charing Cross stn, The Strand with multiple Bus routes - I cannot think of anywhere with more accessible travel options.
Access
The building is old and heritage listed but every effort is made to accommodate guests with disabilities.
Toilets
I did not use the facilities this time so cannot share any photos but there are ample accessible wc's
Staff
5* customer service and I was even offered a mini tour to see the oldest electric elevator in London. Quite simply nothing is too much trouble.
