Really inaccessible- wedding and overnight stay

Overview
We stayed over 2 nights to attend a wedding. We asked for an accessible room which was down a narrow corridor that my manual wheelchair just fitted down but was unable to turn into the room. Luckily I can take a few steps or I wouldn’t be able to stay there. No grab rails in the bathroom, walk in shower with a tray and no seating option provided. The wedding was in the actual castle for the ceremony, they have an access ramp which is temporary, the staff seemed really unsure how to use it, it was down a side entrance, basically in at their bins and the incline was so steep my partner hurt herself. There was no option for an aunt in a mobility scooter so we ended up sharing my wheelchair to get in and around the building.
Transport & Parking
I drove, there was 2 car parks but no disabled spaces to be seen. My partner injured herself on the steps leading up from the lower car park as the slab was loose.
Access
There is a lift in the main hotel, we were given a meeting room which was up 3 steps, the corridor to our bedroom was so narrow and unable to turn my chair to get into the room, no grab rails. The access to the castle is through their bins with a ramp which is insufficient
Toilets
Staff
Bar and waiting staff were amazing and tried to help any way they could.
