Overview

Wheelchair accessible with ramps and lift available to all four floors, large wheelchair accessible gender-neutral bathroom too. All staff very kind and accommodating, very disability and queer friendly place. 10/10 would recommend. Unfortunately some areas can feel very squished and hard to manoeuvre as it is often quite busy and spacing can be narrow in areas. Considering it is a small indie shopping centre and the nature of the shops it is well catered.

Transport & Parking

Lots of parking in Manchester city centre in general, but as it is so close to the centre there is no direct parking. This does mean that it is under 2 minutes away from the wheelchair accessible trams and around 5 minutes from Manchester central bus interchange (Piccadilly Gardens).

Access

Majority of signage (excluding decorative posters ect), such as shop signs, was in large print as was most of the décor. Wheelchair accessible everywhere (although some areas could be a little tight and its often busy), with lift access to all four floors and ramps. There are lots of small stairs though, meaning you'd have to take alternative routes that aren't very well signposted. Two cafes that you could stop and take a rest in as well as some large empty landings you could rest in but no seating otherwise. There isn't an induction loop, and no braille either.
