Overview
If using Madrid airport there are "satellite " terminals that access to/from is very long and when we arrived in the evening there wasn't an operating lift to get to the train that links the terminals. No information at all just waited and eventually a wheelchair enabled van arrived to take us to main terminal to get a taxi. The train has wheelchair access as we used it for return flight (morning flight) but there seemed to be a problem with the lifts in the evening - take it there are stairs & escalators but at night no lift access. The worst designed airport I've been in. Be aware if you are using Madrid airport.
Transport & Parking
Taxis good when you get to a terminal that has them - T4S no taxis.
Access
No signage. Lift in the evening seems to not be in use so makes getting to other terminal so you can a taxi a nightmare. No signage at all.
Toilets
Not sure as didn't have to use but as no evening lift access may be a problem.
Staff
All staff tried to help - think they found it all difficult as well.
