Overview
Adapted seats are dedicated to disabled passengers in first class compartments for the price of a regular ticket. One companion is allowed and also benefits from a reduced price. This service works for high-speed trains.
Transport & Parking
Public parking is difficult in Paris, I would recommend using a cab, unless you know someone who knows the city well.
Access
Wheelchairs are taken from a reception centre, located in the station, to the train, and are boarded and placed by SNCF staff. They must be there 30 minutes before departure. Upon arrival, the same procedure applies in reverse.
Toilets
With a manual wheelchair, I can reach the toilet myself, and transfer on my own thanks to he handles. I always bring my own hand sanitizer.
Staff
Staff is dedicated and generally very helpful. I am unsure about their english skills.
