Overview

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Parked in the blue badge car park and was greeted by 3 members of the Access Team. They were polite, enthusiastic and so helpful. We were shown inside the outer arena and all the facilities pointed out to us. We were then met at the door to the main arena and shown to our seats. After the performance we were asked if we needed any help back to our car. It’s probably one of the most positive experiences of any venue we have been to.

Transport & Parking

The venue has a designated Blue Badge car park at the first entrance to the arena

Access

There are 10 parking spaces for blue badge holders that must be booked ahead of your visit. There are also BSL interpreted performances scheduled throughout the year that can be booked ahead of time via email - access@abbavoyage.com. Doors open 1 hour 45 mins before the concert for anyone needing to arrive early and you can contact the venue with questions about access needs, requirements and more info. You can also book priority entry tickets allowing you to skip the queue. Accessible seating is available for wheelchair users and ambulant seats that are clearly marked on the seating plan, and must be booked in advance.
