Ability to see most of the house. Staff helpful and dining room staff welcoming . Posess a narrow wheelchair but not suitable for users of a mobility scooter as it is a narrow building.

Transport & Parking

Came by taxi but be aware that Derngate is a busy road.

Access

Lift available. Front door opened by staff , and level access. Lounge room specially opened for me, accessed via street front door. Steps for that, but there is a handrail. Ramps available if required. Seats to rest on throughout building. Stairs, but a lift can take you throughout. By going through the garden, one can easily access the kitchen, but the helpful staff will make the visit possible .

Space for carer. Large and clean.

Every member of staff made the visit enjoyable. Most helpful.
