Overview

I was delighted to find out that they have a portable ramp which staff are more than happy to get out. They also now have outside seating, and the staff have always been really helpful. When booking, I've been able to request a particular table which is the right height for my wheelchair and the toilet, whilst not a changing places toilet, has been thought about. There is a red pull cord and grab rails and there are no steps to the toilet.

Transport & Parking

I live very locally so didn't need transport to get there however there is a small car park nearby. Public transport; the nearest train station is York, the nearest bus stop is on the opposite side of the road but the service isn't very frequent.

Access

There's a portable ramp which covers the three or so steps.

Toilets

Great toilet given the limited space in the building. It was clean and tidy and there was space for my manual wheelchair plus a carer. There was a red pull cord and grab rails.

Staff

Staff have been really helpful prior to my booking and whilst there.
