Overview

Access is great at The Grand there is a lift at the front of the hotel for wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility. Otherwise you can gain access through the carpark into the hotel, thus is all on one level. The staff were very helpful offered us one of there wheelchairs ( I had my own). One of the concierge men wheeled me through to the restaurant.

Transport & Parking

We telephoned ahead to check about parking. The concierge were great they advised use we could outside on a yellow line & use my blue badge. We also had the option of having our car parked in the car park. The staff were extremely helpful. We chose to park in the car park & even had an offer of one of there wheelchairs.

Access

Excellent choice of access, there is a lift at the front of the hotel operated by the staff, or access through the car park into the hotel. Help was readily available.

Toilets

Toilets were on the ground floor with wide access and a separate toilet was available for disabled users. This had plenty of room & hand rails available.

Staff

All the staff were very accommodating helpful & friendly.
