At Euan’s Guide we take your privacy very seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or you provide to us, will be processed by us.

How do we use your information?

Give you the information, support, services, or products you ask for such as publishing content on EuansGuide.com or sending you Red Cord Cards
Customise our website according to your interests
Keep a record of your relationship and communications with us
If you have donated to us and signed a Gift Aid form, we use your personal information to claim Gift Aid on your donations

Philanthropy

We may carry out research on people that support Euan’s Guide. This means that we may combine information you have given us with information from other public sources. This helps us to contact you about supporting us in the future.

We also conduct research to identify possible high value donors. This helps us identify people who have an interest in our work and who might be able to support us in the future.

Our research looks at publicly available information such as Linked In, Zoopla and Social Media.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

How long do we keep your information?

We review how long we keep personal information on a regular basis. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us.

Who we share your information with

We will never sell or rent your personal data to Third Parties.

Any personal data relating to you that is collected by Euan’s Guide will be kept confidential and we will not disclose it or share it with any third parties. The only exceptions to this are:

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
