We would like to give a special shout out and thank you to all of our new reviewers and new venues that have been reviewed this month. Your hard work has really helped us to highlight some fantastic places to visit, and we’ve  enjoyed reading them.

Places to stay Our first review is The Livingstone Cliff Hotel In Dawlish, and it’s the venue’s first  review on Euan’s Guide. DavidGray gave it four stars and commented on the accessibility of his hotel room. “Stayed in Room 3 a fully accessible room with a very well equipped bathroom.”’

We also had an interesting review of the accessible accommodation at Hoe Grange holidays in Brassington by new reviewer JulieHills. “Excellent cabin and facilities, everything thought of, dogs welcome, warm and cosy, owners and staff always available for any questions.”

Netherud Garden house received a five star review from new reviewer SarahAudrey. Sarah commented on the accessibility of the accommodation, but also the helpfulness of the staff and the difference that they made to their stay. “Netherurd was perfect for our needs. Very well designed and accessible.” “The staff members Kim & Ellie were great. They couldn't do enough for us. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome.”

Croftwood cottage at Boat of Garten received a very positive five Star review from new reviewer JMV. He was very relieved to find an accessible place to stay for their holiday. ”A relief to find somewhere so accessible with facilities enabling me to live independently.”

Places to visit Thorpe Park is a new venue to Euan’s Guide, and they were  given a five star review by new reviewer benjisoft! The review comments on the accessibility of the venue and their well-trained staff. “Thorpe Park has good well documented accessibility procedures. There are step free routes to every area of the park.”

Another new reviewer Sunibe highly recommends holidaying in Fes in Morocco with the help and organisation of Morocco Accessible travel. “Morocco is not known for accessibility, but with the knowledge and equipment available to rent from Morocco Accessible Travel, you can get round most obstacles.”

Penni3 shared her experience of Harewood House in Leeds. She  said the helpfulness of the staff and the access vehicle helped her to move around the grounds. "What made this visit so special was the people who helped us they were outstanding. We used the access vehicle so much because the site is quite steep as soon as you get out of the car park. So using their vehicle saved my scooter battery.”

Places to eat

Dorney Court  kitchen Garden received a five star review from new reviewer JonandFiona, who visited the café with her husband, who sometimes uses a power chair. Her review says how helpful the staff were and how they made their visit as easy and accessible as possible. “The helpful staff had given us a table near a side door that they'd opened for easy access.”

We’ve had another new reviewer, AlisonBC, submitting a five star review of Cucina Minnucci at the junction. She praised the quality of the food in the café and the helpful attitude of the staff. “They are very helpful and accommodating, making sure I can get in with my rollator. The food is fantastic. Cafe favourites with some added imagination and lots of local ingredients.”
