Uncle Henry’s is 5 star rated farm shop that is part of Grayingham Grange Farm and much of what they sell has been produced on site. Don’t forget to sample some of their homemade cakes in the bakery! One reviewer told us, ‘the café and shop are fully wheelchair accessible, as is the courtyard outside’.

2. Farmer Copleys, Pontefract

This interesting Yorkshire Farm has its roots in liquorice as it worked with the liquorice plant dating all the way back to the Crusades! During their July Liquorice Festival, you can taste all sorts of weird and wonderful flavours, including pork and liquorice sausages, liquorice ice cream, and there have even been rumours of a mysterious liquorice and sea bass combination! On reviewer gave this farm 4 stars saying that staff helped her son access the pumpkin field in his manual wheelchair.

3. Muddy Boots, Cupor

Muddy Boots is a family-friendly farm with lots of activities to enjoy around its shop. One reviewer gave this venue 4.5 stars saying there was ‘level, wide access to the café and shop’. If it’s still a bit cold outside, the café has a cosy log burning stove to warm you up!

4. Bodnant Welsh Food, Tal-y-cafn

This artisan farm shop does so much more than just food! They also have a wine cellar and cookery school, so you can learn all about food and wine matching. One reviewer gave this farm shop 5 stars saying, ‘nothing is too much trouble’ for staff during your visit.

5. Caws Cenarth Cheese, Lancych

This small family business is dedicated to cheese, and they are more than happy to show visitors how it’s made! Tours start with a historical film showing, and then guests are invited into a viewing area where they can watch the cheese manufacture. Don’t worry, you’ll get to taste the cheese too!
