We’re looking for help to demonstrate our impact!

We need help to better quantify and communicate the impact we have on our community, particularly in helping disabled people travel, make journeys and visit new places with greater confidence.

We’re seeking an experienced consultant or consultancy to help us ensure we have the systems, tools and capabilities to measure and communicate the impact of Euan’s Guide.

This project is all about helping us share the difference we’re making in a way that’s clear, engaging, and meaningful. It also needs to set us up for the future by giving our team the skills and tools to track, measure, and communicate our impact effectively.

Measuring the impact on our community is our number one priority but we also want to know our impact on venues and businesses, policy makers, and the general public too.

What we’d like help with

• Independent assessment of impact of Euan’s Guide.
• Look at what we’ve got and audit our current impact measurement methods and tools.
• Support and Training for Team - so that we can continue to effectively monitor and evaluate our work.
• Independent Assessment of Impact of a 3 year funded project in April 2027.

Who we’re looking for

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have experience in impact measurement and reporting, particularly in the charity, accessibility, or travel sectors.
• Know how to tell a great story using data, real-life examples, and feedback.
• Understand the importance of accessibility and inclusion in everything you do.
• Are excited to work collaboratively with our team to help us grow our skills.

Timeline

Expressions of Interest are to be emailed to hello@euansguide.com by Monday 27th January.

Euan’s Guide is to issue invitations to Tender by Monday 10th February.

Deadline for the full proposal will be Monday 3rd March, and we're expecting the project to kick off in August 2025.

Your Expression of Interest should include:

• Introduction: Tell us about yourself or your organisation.
• Your Experience: Share examples of impact projects you’ve worked on, particularly relating to small charities, accessibility, or travel.
